洋菓子ブランド「Pâtissières JOGENRO」
1920年代、フランス租界時代の
上海邸宅をコンセプトにした店内は
どこか懐かしく、
ノスタルジックな空気に包まれます。
そんな工房でパティシエールたちがおつくりするのは、
Authentic × Unique
の考え方を基礎とし、フランス菓子に
状元樓ならではの中華エッセンスを掛け合わせた洋菓子です。
横浜の異国情緒を感じ、

A historical city landmarked by the opening of the port,
Yokohama portrays a unique blend of diversity, where different cultures coexist and create new experiences.
Pâtissières JOGENRO” is an original confectionery brand found by “Shanghai Cuisine Jogenro”, an authentic Chinese restaurant located in the heart of the historical Yokohama Chinatown. Jogenro has been passed down through three generations of women and their passion in creating a refined lifestyle filled with elegance continues.
The décor of the restaurant is based on the nostalgic Old Shanghai theme, reflecting a Frenchman’s residence built in the French Concession era in the 1920s.
Our pastry artisans create savory confections inspired by our concept of “Authentic x Unique,” collaborating French pastries with authentic Chinese essence.

Our pastry artisans prepare our signature Japanese Chestnut Mont-Blanc, rich in flavor with creamy ice cream and crunchy granola.

The concept of our store is based upon an era known as the heyday of 1920’s “Old Shanghai“. Under the influence of the French Concession, the city of Shanghai flourished and its nostalgic beauty was often referred to as the “Paris of the East” and the “Pearl of the Orient”.
Enjoy shopping at our store based on the concept of “Authentic x Unique”, produced by Shanghai Cuisine Jogenro, established in 1955.
